Good day to you and to you. Well first off let me say that I am sorry for being late with this posting. I promised to post at the beginning of the week and oh boy what do I do. Not do as I said I would do. Well if you please let me explain. I have been thinking, yes I do that from time to time to check my self and it is a good habit for you as well. However I consider myself a idea person. When I started this blog I wanted it to be for the new person online who was trying to work online and I wanted to add to your experience some great motivational talks. I work online part-time as you are trying to do or do. I am a network marketer. yes I am new at it, so with being new I am so excited and I want to run and jump and do all that I can. I am a mother too and we mothers tend to try to do to much to soon. We are constantly juggling things from cooking to the kids to the house the job and other things we do to maintain the house and our lifestyles. Most times we get over whelmed with all the things and the deadlines and project that seem to keep coming.
Well I like blogging and I would like to do it well. I started Converscity well over a year and yes it has been slow due to trying and doing the things that I write about. Well this is a new year and I wanted to sit down and look at all that I do. I find that this blog is so closely related to the other I should just combine the two. No I am not going to do that. I have thought about it and some sleepless nights over the idea of combining the two and I first wrote this blog to you to tell you that I was going to do just that but after thinking about it again. I am going to leave it as is and see how that goes.
I want to monetize the other. What better way to do that is to get it hosted and have a domain and website with the blog as the central component to it all. I also go around the web and talk and write in many post of other people and I want to do that too why because I like to share with others and that is a form of branding as well. But with the 9 to 5 job I cant do it all. Then there are the two direct marketing company I work with. Worldventures and Iliving app. Travel and motivation which they are all about is a passion of mine as well as the writing and sharing my viewpoint in the other peoples posting and groups and forums. So bear with me sometimes. But understand I am always working to do better.

There you also see some of the other ways to make a living online. I am not into the get rich things to do. It does not add value and they do not last anyway. Most of the topic of how to work online are the ways that take time and work to produce something that means something to self and to others. So I learn and you learn. This blog is more the idea blog. I add in all the motivational stuff, and the places to go get more of that with the thought leaders around the net. it makes a better and more well rounded read for me and for you. who knows I may add this one to a website as well. you live and you learn and you add to your life the experience of the journey. I find that with some of the juggling of things that I do it adds to the pleasure of the path that I take. it does motivate me to do more and better. Smile
